Okay, here are the basic rules for the LEAF Scavenger Hunt:
1) Use common sense – if you think you are looking somewhere that would possibly offend someone or get you arrested, don’t look there. Don’t go snooping around private property please.
2) There is no limit on number of people that can search on a team … there will be only one prize, however, and it’s up to the winning team to figure out how to divide or share the prize.
3) You can invite anyone to participate.
4) All laws must be obeyed.
5) Boundaries for the hunt (as of now … any changes will be announced) are the city limits of Fayetteville, AR.
6) Limitation on Liability
By entering this event, each entrant forever discharges and releases Single Leaf Graphics and it’s owners from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion, including, without limitation, responsibility for property damage, loss of life, or personal injury resulting from or in connection with participating in the promotion or from or in connection with use or receipt of the prize(s), however caused.
7) I’m tired of making rules. Besides a very wise man said to me, “Making rules increases the need to make more rules.”
